Please note: my website is being hit with lots of bots lately, downloading this item multiple times with fake names and addresses. I don't like charging for this, but I've had to set this to $1 so that it requires a valid credit card to filter out those spam hits. However, I have also set it to switch to free with the purchase of any other item. What I'm most concerned about is that there is a download limit that is pretty high, but if reached, it would start charging me extra fees, and it's already expensive to keep a website going. I apologize for the inconvenience! If you need a copy and don't want to purchase anything else, you may email me for a free copy. I'll still update it here, so you can check to see if there is a new version before asking me.
